PIA grounds all 10 ATR aircraft till check is complete
DEC 12, (DNA) – The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has grounded its entire fleet of ATR aircraft till a thorough ‘examination’ is completed, the airline’s spokesman said. “In view of the Civil Aviation Authority’s decision of holding shakedown tests of PIA’s entire ATR fleet, it has been decided to keep all 10 ATR aircrafts grounded till they are cleared after thorough examination,” a press release from the airline stated.
