Blasts in Mohmand Agency injure 9 security personnel

MOHMAND AGENCY: Nine security personnel sustained injuries Wednesday in two separate Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blasts in Mohmand Agency. The first blast occurred in Safai tehsil when an IED exploded near a security forces’ vehicle, wounding eight security personnel. The injured were shifted to Mamad Gut hospital for treatment. Gunmen kill 3 policemen in Karachi

KARACHI: At least three policemen, including a sub-inspector and two constables, were killed and another wounded early on Wednesday when unidentified attackers opened fire on a police mobile van in Karachi’s Bhangoria Goth area, a shanty-town in the limits of the Azizabad police.
