Uzbekistan delegation visits Turkey
On July 26, a delegation of Uzbekistan led by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov arrived in Turkey.
Delegation includes representatives of ministries and agencies, regional khokimiyats. In Ankara, it is planned to discuss issues of deepening bilateral ties in trade, economic, investment and other fields.
The delegation will hold a meeting with Vice President of Turkey Fuat Oktay, after which negotiations will take place with representatives of Turkish businesspeople and a number of members of the Turkish government.
Sardor Umurzakov is expected to address an event on “Economic diplomacy during a pandemic: Experience of Uzbekistan and Turkey”.
According to the program of the visit, the delegation will hold meetings and negotiations with the heads of ministries and agencies, leading economic and financial structures of Turkey to substantively discuss the prospects for the implementation of investment projects in Uzbekistan.
