PM holds high-level meetings with global leaders at Antalya diplomacy forum

ANTALYA, APR 17: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a series of important informal meetings with several world leaders on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
The Prime Minister met Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa. He also held separate meetings with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and former Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani.
According to official sources, all meetings took place in a warm and cordial atmosphere. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif remained the center of attention among the participating leaders.
The bilateral discussions focused on the current global situation and key regional developments. The leaders exchanged views on enhancing bilateral cooperation, trade, investment, and peace and stability in the region.
These high-profile engagements underscore Pakistan’s active diplomatic outreach and the growing international stature of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the global stage.
The Antalya Diplomacy Forum has provided a significant platform for Pakistan to strengthen ties with key partners in the Muslim world and beyond.
