Imran’s Bani Gala residence an encroachment: CDA
ISLAMABAD, MAY 09, (DNA) – Capital Development Authority (CDA) has declared residence of Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan in Bani Gala a violation of zoning regulation, terming it an encroachment on Tuesday.
The authority has filed a reply in Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) today in a case over encroachments in Bani Gala.
According to the report, Khan’s residence among 122 installations in the area are illegally constructed. The authority has stated that a survey was carried out with regards to order of the apex court and all 122 installations are needed to be bulldozed.
Installations in zone three and four fall in violation of zoning regulation, the CDA states.
Earlier today, the top court ordered PTI chief to submit money trail of his Bani Gala residence.=DNA
