Pakistan tells Afghanistan to bar its soil to be used against Pakistan
ISLAMABAD, MAY 09, (DNA) – Foreign Advisor Sartaj Aziz has on Tuesday told Afghanistan to stop allowing its soil from being used against Pakistan. He claimed that Afghan forces had targeted innocent Pakistani citizens and added that ‘Bab-e-Dosti’ will remain closed unless the concerns are addressed.
According to sources, Sartaj Aziz told Afghan ambassador Umar Zakhewal that Afghan foreign minister should have taken the issue up with Pakistani officials but they instead chose to target innocent Pakistani civilians. He cleared that ‘Bab-e-Dosti’ will remain closed unless Afghanistan addresses Pakistan’s concerns.=DNA
