COAS says Pak-China military relations will grow to unprecedented heights

RAWALPINDI, 15 SEP (DNA) – Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif said on Tuesday that the military relations between China and Pakistan will reached unprecedented heights.General Raheel Sharif visited Bahadur Ranges (Attock) and witnessed Joint Field Exercise Warrior-III, while a senior-level Chinese military delegation under Gen Li Fayi represented People Liberation Army (PLA) on the closing ceremony of Pakistan-China special forces joint exercise for counter terrorism.Speaking on the occasion, General Raheel Sharif lauded the young soldiers for their display of professionalism and skills during the exercise and said that the exercise had boosted military relations between Pakistan and China.

The Army Chief has reiterated the resolved to continue operation Zarb-e-Azb till elimination of last terrorist. He underscored that special relationship between Pak-China Armies which has transformed overtime will grow to unprecedented heights.

“Both, China and Pak, will continue to work towards total elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.” “The everlasting relation will grow to unprecedented heights as both countries will continue to work for elimination of terrorism in all forms,” General Raheel Sharif said.

The Army Chief has congratulated all participants of exercise for displaying high level professional skills.

COAS specially commended troops of SSG for their outstanding performance in Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He vowed to continue operations with the same momentum till the achievement of a Terror Free Pakistan. DNA
