Hussain Haqqani to be brought back to Pakistan
ISLAMABAD, FEB 01 (DNA) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has constituted a bench to hear the Memogate case.
The CJP will head the bench comprising Justice Umar Atta Bandial and Justice Ejazul Hassan. The bench will hear the case on February 8.
The Memo Commission had held Hussain Haqqani responsible for the memo scandal.
Hussain Haqqani had left for America after assuring the court of his return.
Notice has been issued to former Ambassador Hussain Haqqani. Sources reveal that Hussain Haqqani will be brought back to Pakistan in the memogate scandal case.
