Japan strongly condemns Karachi Carnage
ISLAMABAD, 14 MAY, (DNA) – Japan is deeply shocked and saddened by the terrorist attack which caused numerous deaths and injuries on Wednesday, in Karachi, Sindh province of the southern Pakistan, said in a statement issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Japan on Thursday.
According to the statement Japan mourns the victims and expresses its condolences to the bereaved families. Japan also offers its heartfelt sympathy to those wounded in the attack.
In the statement MOFA Japan asserted that Japan strongly condemns such an act of terrorism targeting innocent people as inexcusable. Japan deplores terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, committed for whatever purposes, and reiterates that no act of terrorism can be justified.
Japan expressed his resolve towards elimination of terrorism by saying that Japan is determined to support efforts by the Government of Pakistan in fighting against terrorism in cooperation with the international community. =DNA
