CPEC boosts Pakistan’s medical industry, likely to save Rs. 230 billion
Islamabad, October 9 (DNA): China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is going to achieve another milestone in boosting Pakistan’s new emerging medical Industry. According to a report published by Gwadar Pro on Friday, the local manufacturing of medical equipment in the Allama Iqbal Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the first SEZ under CPEC is expected to save Rs. 230 billion every year and reduce the current cost by roughly 50%. ISLAMABAD : The federal authorities have put the names of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif’s wife and two sons on the Exit Control List (ECL) in the money laundering and assets beyond means case.
