ISLAMABAD, AUG 30 (DNA) – Pakistan strongly condemned use of tear gas shells and firing of pellets on Muslims taking part in Muharram procession in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). Due to the illegal and indiscriminate use of pellets, dozens of Kashmiris have reportedly been seriously injured, including with eye injuries causing permanent blindness. Two South African police officers have been arrested over the deadly shooting of a 16-year-old boy, which had sparked violent street protests.
