SC directs NDMA to clean all Karachi nullahs, encroachments in three months

KARACHI : The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday directed National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA)  to clean all Karachi nullahs and remove encroachments around them in three months. A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Gulzar Ahmed and comprising Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Ijazul Ahsan, held a hearing on the petition of illegal encroachments on drains at the SC Karachi registry. Metro Bus service resumes in twin cities

RAWALPINDI : Metro Bus service in twin cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi) has resumed prescribed Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
