Coronavirus: Worldwide death toll climbs to 200,000

More than 200,000 people worldwide have now died with the coronavirus, figures from Johns Hopkins University show. There are more than 2.8 million confirmed cases of Covid-19, according to the tally. Coronavirus: Immunity passports ‘could increase virus spread’

GENEVA, – Governments should not issue so-called “immunity passports” or “risk-free certificates” as a way of easing lockdowns, the World Health Organization (WHO) says. It said there was “no evidence” that people who had developed antibodies after recovering from the virus were protected against a second infection. PBC backs doctors’ call for a complete lockdown in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, APR 26  – The Pakistan Bar Council has voiced its support for a call by doctors to impose a strict lockdown across Pakistan in order to stop the spread of coronavirus. Pakistan to carry out 50,000 tests per day starting next week, says NDMA chairman

ISLAMABAD: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Chairman Lt. Gen.
