SHARJAH: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday fined left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz and opening batsman Ahmed Shehzad with 40 per cent and 30 per cent of their match fees respectively for ‘inappropriate physical contact’.Riaz was representing Peshawar Zalmi and Shehzad was playing for Quetta Gladiators during the 17th Pakistan Super League (PSL) match at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday.Gladiators, batting first, sent Shehzad and Asad Shafiq as their openers.Shehzad was looking in a good form and all set for a big innings until Wahab got rid of his middle stump after getting smashed for a mighty six in the fifth over. The wicket followed an exchange of harsh words between the bowler and the batsman.
