Two more caretaker ministers inducted into federal cabinet
ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – Two more caretaker ministers have been inducted into the federal cabinet during a ceremony in Islamabad today (Wednesday).
According to details, President Mamnoon Hussain administered the oath to Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman and Lt. General (retired) Khalid Naeem Lodhi.
Among others, the ceremony was attended by caretaker Prime Minister Justice (retired) Nasirul-Mulk, members of the federal cabinet and senior officials.
On Jun 5, a six-member caretaker federal cabinet sworn in after which Ali Zafar became Law Minister, Shamshad Akhtar handed over Finance Ministry while Abdullah Hussain was given charge of Foreign Minister.
Earlier on May 31, National Assembly stood dissolved at 12:00midnight after completing its five-year constitutional term. Former Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice (retd) Nasir ul Mulk sworn in as caretaker PM of Pakistan.
