Traders arrested for harassing female vaccinators in Gujrat

Gujrat. Three traders were booked and arrested for refusing to get vaccinated and harassing female vaccination staff here Friday. It is reported that a on the directive of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat, District Health Officer Dr. Ayyaz Nasir sent a two-members vaccination team headed by Lady Health Supervisor Miss Iram Zahra to Timber bazar to vaccinate shopkeepers and their salespersons. Some shopkeepers and salespersons refused to get vaccination and fled away from the spot while othersstarted humiliating and harassing the female staff. When told by the LHS, DHO summoned police. B-division police have arrested three accused traders including Yaseem, Usamaand Arshad. It is further reported that the shops of the accused traders were also sealed by the district administration.
