Sri Lankan envoy presents credentials to Kyrgyz President
BISHKEK, OCT 09 (DNA) – President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov received credentials from Ambassadors of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Japan, Republic of Ghana, Kingdom of Spain, Republic of Moldova and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
H.E. Mr. Sooronbai Jeenbekov congratulated each ambassador personally on the beginning of diplomatic mission in the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed confidence that their professional experience would contribute to the development of relations between the countries.
The President discussed with new heads of diplomatic missions the current state and priority areas of cooperation between the countries, expressed interest of the Kyrgyz side in expanding bilateral relations in trade and economic, cultural, humanitarian and political spheres, as well as in attracting investments and supporting entrepreneurship.
Ambassadors of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka H.E. Mr. Noordeen Mohamed Shaheid, Japan H.E. Mr. Shigeki Maeda, Republic of Ghana H.E. Mr. Sayuti Yahaya Iddi, Kingdom of Spain H.E. Mr. David Arturo Carriedo, Republic of Moldova H.E. Mr. Andrei Neguța and Kingdom of Bahrain H.E. Mr. Anwar Yusuf Al-Abdulla assured the President of the Kyrgyz Republic that they would make every effort to build capacity for bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Kyrgyzstan.=DNA
