Punjab govt to launch crackdown on profiteers in Ramzan
LAHORE, MAY 29 (DNA) – Punjab government has directed all deputy commissioners to launch a crackdown on profiteers and hoarders for ensuring availability of daily-use commodities at fixed prices.
The govt is also going to to take steps for monitoring quality, supply and prices of eatables in Ramazan bazaars.
The meeting was informed that flour, sugar, pulses, ghee, vegetables and fruits would be available on concession rates in the Ramazan bazaars throughout the province.
