PPP has no connection with Uzair: Khursheed
KARACHI, 31 JAN (DNA) – Senior PPP leader and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Khursheed Shah has said gang-war criminal Uzair Baloch was wanted and hence he has been arrested.
The PPP has no link with Uzair Baloch, said Shah while speaking to media in Sukkur. He said several people snap selfies with political leaders, “therefore it cant be judged that who is criminal and who is not.”
Regarding schools dilemma in Punjab, Shah called upon MNAs and MPAs of Punjab to curtail their own security and beef up the same on schools in the face threats.
He said that it is good that Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has returned to the country but he should come to the House too. He also criticized the government and said that it is gaining profit through imposing taxes one after the other.
He said that they will speak against the negligence of the government whenever necessary. Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf demanded the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to clarify its position on Uzair Balochistan.
