Political parties all set to demonstrate power in Sindh on Sunday
KARACHI, NOV 05 (DNA) – From Karachi to Ghotki, political parties of Pakistan are all set to demonstrate power in Sindh on Sunday as protests will be carried against hike in petroleum prices, results of census and corruption.
According to details, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) will raise protests against surge in petroleum prices in all district headquarters and at press clubs of different cities.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) will stage a rally in Liaquatabad against the result of recently held census. The party has claimed to conduct the biggest public gathering of Karachi’s history.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will display political strength in Ghotki and Obaro, and party chief Imran Khan will address the people.
On the other hand, a march against corruption will be held on MA Jinnah Road of Karachi under the leadership of Qaumi Awami Tehreek (QAT) President Ayaz Latif Palijo.
The political pundits have declared this Sunday very important for the politics of Sindh.
