LONDON, SEPT 17 (DNA) – Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi along with National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq and Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif are meeting former premier Nawaz Sharif on Sunday.

The meeting which is being held at the office of Hasan Nawaz, the former prime minister’s son in London is focusing on  the current situation of Pakistan, completion of energy projects and the legal challenges faced by the Sharif family.

According to sources, the meeting will result in important decisions from the PML-N leadership. According to reports, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar is also attending the meeting.

Prime Minister Abbasi is en route to New York to participate in the 72nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) commencing from September 18. He is expected to address the UNGA session on September 21.

According to the UK’s Pakistan High Commission, the prime minister was received at the airport by High Commissioner Syed Ibne Abbas, together with officials of the High Commission.=DNA
