‘I, PCB in contact for a post, nothing is confirmed yet’ Shoaib Akhtar
Karachi : Former speedstar Shoaib Akhtar confirmed that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is in contact with him for a post.
Akhtar said he is in contact with PCB for a post cricket’s set-up. “Yes, I and PCB are in contact for a post but nothing is finalized yet,” Akhtar shared. “See, I am ready to serve Pakistan’s cricket once again with a completely changed mindset,” he added.
Akhtar said if he gets the opportunity to work with young cricketers, his first priority would be to inject aggression in them. “Our cricketers lack aggression. If I get the opportunity to coach youngsters, I would inject aggression in them. I will try my best to make a squad of 25-30 players and train them to become future stars. I don’t want money as Alhumdulillah I am already living a comfortable life but my aim is to transfer my attitude and whatever I have learnt so far in youngsters,” he concluded.
