KARACHI, Sept 05 (DNA): Government’s efforts to bring MQM back to Parliament suffered a major blow on Saturday after senior politician and JUI-F head Maulana Fazlur Rehman detached himself from the mediation process.According to sources, Maulana Fazlur Rehman was facing a strong opposition from his own party. Some JUI-F leaders expressed their concerns about Maulana’s visit to MQM’s secretariat popularly known as Nine Zero.In a recent meeting, JUI-F members criticized Maulana Fazlur Rehman, forcing him to quit.A sources close to Maulana told that the inflexibility shown by both the government and the MQM also contributed to his sudden decision.
