Korean ambassador Dr. Song gets a warm farewell
ISLAMABAD, MAY 12 (DNA) – Dean of Diplomatic Corps Bakhitbek Shabarbayev has hosted a grand farewell reception for the outgoing Ambassador of Republic of Korea Dr. Song Jong-hwan, who is leaving Pakistan after completing his term in Pakistan.Ambassador Shabarbayev said Dr. Song spent a memorable time in Pakistan adding he contributed immensely in promoting bilateral relations between Korea and Pakistan.
The Dean further said Dr. Song has an illustrated career.
The Korean ambassador he said, has served in various fields. The Dean also spelled out previous assignments of Dr. Song and wished him best of luck in his future endeavours.
The Dean afterwards presented bouquet and traditional souvenir to the outgoing Korean ambassador.
Song Jong-hwan in his speech thanked the entire diplomatic corps for extending him the fullest cooperation during his stay in Pakistan.
He invited all his Pakistani friends to come to Korea where he will be pleased to host. Them.=DNA
