Indian high commission celebrates Republic Day event
ISLAMABAD, JAN 26 (DNA) – Indian High Commission arranged a grand reception to mark the Indian republic day. Federal Minister for inter provincial coordination Riaz Hussain Pirzada was the chief guest. Among others a large number of diplomats, business community representative and media persons attended the reception. India’s ambassador designate to Pakistan Shri Ghautam Bambawale was also present on the occasion. The ceremony started with the national anthems of both countries. PTI chairman Imran Khan attended the reception as special guest., however he left the venue soon after the national anthems.
