Free golf coaching by Pakistan concludes in Minsk

MINSK – The Embassy of Pakistan in collaboration with Minsk Golf Club successfully arranged free golf coaching classes by Pakistan’s top PGA certified Coach Khalid Mahmood from 9-13 July 2021 at the Minsk Golf Club Academy.
Around 75 golfers both from Belarus and Diplomatic Corps, both beginners as well as amateur golfers, benefitted from these master classes held over period of five days. The golfers found the coaching sessions highly useful and appreciated the Embassy for presenting this unique opportunity.
Ambassador of Pakistan to Belarus Sajjad Haider Khan appreciated Golf Coach Khalid Mahmood for his time, dedication and devotion in projecting Pakistan and presented him a Souvenir at the conclusion ceremony. On this occasion, Director Commercial of Minsk Golf Club Vladimir also presented souvenir and appreciation certificate to the coach.
Khalid Mahmood is a professional coach (golf pro) since 1984 with extensive experience in Pakistan, as well as in Southeast Asia, South Korea, China, England, Austria, Italy and the USA. Presently, he is a staff coach of one of the golf courses in Milan, Italy.
The Embassy of Pakistan in Belarus is now working on a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for institutionalizing golf cooperation between Pakistan and Belarus.
