ISLAMABAD, AUG 07 (DNA) – Rauf Alam President of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has lauded services of the outgoing Ambassador of Romania Emilian ION.
He expressed these views while speaking on the occasion of a reception he hosted for the outgoing ambassador at a local hotel.The President FPCCI further said Ambassador Emilian contributed significantly towards promotion of bilateral relations. He added, during his tenure bilateral trade volume rose to 300 million USD.
Rauf Alam further said FPCCI was keen to enhance exchange progarmmes with Romania and high level delegation are expected to go to Romania in this regards. Similarly, he said Paksitani businessmen would welcome Romanian delegation in Pakistan.
The outgoing ambassador of Romania Emilian ION said he was leaving Pakistan with heavy heart as he would greatly miss hospitality of Pakistani people extended to him during his stay here.
He invited his Pakistani friends to come to Romania and be his guests.=DNA
