TURBAT, JAN 15 (DNA) – At least five security personnel were martyred and six others injured in a gun attack near Turbat district of Balochistan on Monday.

According to sources, unidentified armed men opened fire on security convoy near Shapook area of the district. As a result, a vehicle toppled, resulting in casualties.

The martyred and the injured were shifted to DHQ Turbat.

Ethnic and separatist violence has claimed thousands of lives in the poverty-stricken province.
