CJCSC to leave for 4-day visit to Sri Lanka from tomorrow
RAWALPINDI, (DNA) – Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Zubair Mahmood Hayat is visiting Sri Lanka from tomorrow on the invitation of Sri Lankan Chief of Defence Staff Admiral R.C. Wijegunaratne.
During his four-day visit, General Zubair will pay a courtesy call on Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena, Chief of Defence Staff, Defence Secretary, Commanders of Sri Lanka Army, Navy and Air Force.
He is expected to discuss matters relating to mutual cooperation during meetings with Sri Lankan political and military hierarchy.
