ISLAMABAD, OCT 26 (DNA) – Chairman NAB Justice (Retd.) Javed Iqbal severely reacted to political point scoring with regard to Sharjeel Memon’s arrest and condemned the propoganda.

After Sharjeel Memon was arrested, Senior leadership in PPP including Khurshid Shah, Started criticising NAB for its “bias” against PPP.

Opposition leader Khursheed Shah said Wednesday that the arrest of Sharjeel Memon stained the image of NAB itself. While criticising the detention, he said that those who have non-bailable arrest warrants get bail within an hour. Khurshid Shah had also suspected as to why the arrest was carried out in that way and whether this was meant to be a message.

On the other hand, Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tweeted that laws are different for different people, reflecting that PPP was being discriminated.
