Azerbaijan reiterates Pakistan stance on occupied Kashmir
ISLAMABAD, FEB 19 (DNA) – Pakistan and Azerbaijan have reiterated continued mutual support on disputes of Occupied Kashmir and Nagorno-Karabakh.
This was reiterated during meeting between Finance Minister of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in Islamabad on Monday.
They exchanged views on possible cooperation in areas of mutual interest, especially in the energy and agricultural sector to enhance bilateral trade.
Samir Sharifov conveyed a special message from the President of Azerbaijan to the Prime Minister, seeking support of Pakistan for hosting of Expo 2025 and World Bank Conference 2021 by Azerbaijan, in Baku.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi assured consideration to the request for support for hosting theses conferences in Baku.
