Eight ambassadors leaving Pakistan after completing term
ISLAMABAD, AUG 23 (DNA) – As many as eight ambassadors are leaving Pakistan after completing their tenure including the ambassador of UAE who stayed in Pakistan for over five years.
According to details ambassadors of UAE, France, Vietnam, the Netherlands, Egypt, Switzerland, Malaysia and Thailand are leaving as they have completed their term in Pakistan.
All these ambassadors during their stay in Pakistan contributed greatly towards strengthening of bilateral relations besides giving a spur to people to people relations.
Ambassador of France Martine Dorance had an eventful tenure in Pakistan during which she contributed significantly towards promotion of bilateral relations.
On August 23, she met with Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and praised Punjab government efforts towards infrastructure development in the province.
Likewise, new ambassador of Saudi Arabia has also arrived in Pakistan. Nawaf Al Malki previously served as defence attaché in Pakistan. =DNA
