Pervaiz Rashid says govt not clipping NAB powers
TAXILA, 21 FEB, (DNA) – Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid on Sunday rejected Imran Khan’s criticism of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over latter’s remarks about the National Accountability Bureau.
Nobody’s wings have been clipped, but it is essential to cut the nails once they get too long,” he said while responding to Imran Khan’s remarks that the government was trying to clip powers of the anti-corruption body.
The minister also lashed out at Khan for what he said his new found love for the NAB chairman, whom he previously used to criticize that his appointment was result of collusion. =DNA
