Pakistan, Iran enjoy multi-dimensional friendship: Rashi

ISLAMABAD, Feb 01 (DNA): Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid has said Pakistan and Iran enjoy multi-dimensional friendship.
He was addressing a function in connection with Iranian Cultural Mela in Islamabad.
The Minister expressed the confidence that strengthening of cultural bonds would help promote harmony between the two brotherly countries.
He said culture is a valuable asset of any nation and Iranian cultural mela would help promote further awareness about Iran in Pakistan.
The Information Minister pointed out that Pakistan and Iran are deeply linked to each other and feel each other’s job and sorrow.
He said only recently Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif played a role to help remove tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Pervez Rashid said people of Pakistan were also over-joyed when they heard about reports regarding lifting of international sanctions against Iran. DNA
