Non-state actors succeed to derail Pak-India talks: analysts
ISLAMABAD, Jan 17 (DNA): Pak-India relations have yet again been held hostage by the non-state actors as they succeeding in derailing the dialogue process that was about to start between the two countries. As always, the same non-state actors were able to create mistrust between the two countries.Foreign Secretary level talks have been postponed again and the two-way relations have been held hostage by the non-state actors yet again. The decision to restore the dialogue process was reached upon in December 2015 but within less than a month the non-state actors proved that two nuclear powers, their mutual relations and the regional, and international, peace are captive in their hands.
Analysts believe that terrorism is a byproduct of the longstanding mistrust between the two countries and India’s decision to postpone the dialogue process in the wake of Pathankot incident isn’t a wise tactic.
The experts on international relations believe that the postponement of the dialogue process due to Pathankot incident is basically a success for the terrorists. DNA
