Ukraine-Russia talks have restarted, Ukrainian negotiator says

KYIV: Kyiv and Moscow resumed talks on the war in Ukraine on Tuesday after a pause on Monday, Ukrainian negotiator Mykhailo Podolyak said. “Consultations on the main negotiation platform renewed.
