100 Afghans arrive in Pakistan via Torkham

PESHAWAR, Sep 04 (DNA): A hundred Afghan citizens with valid traveldocuments have arrived in Pakistan through the Torkham crossing. The Afghans were issued visas by the Pakistan embassy in Kabul and theirnames communicated to Torkham-based officials by the Interior Ministryin Islamabad. Over the last few days, hundreds of Afghans, mostly men, have crossedinto Pakistan via Torkham. But officials said they had no idea about theactual destinations of the Afghans. DNA ====

Philippines lift covid travel restrictions from Pakistan

MANILA, Sep 04 (DNA): The Philippines has moved to lift the travel banfor all inbound travelers from Pakistan and nine other countries fromSeptember 6, presidential spokesperson announced Saturday.
