Taliban Key commander killed in Badakhshan province

DNA Kabul: SEPT 22 – The Taliban military commission deputy for Badakhshan province Mowlawi Attaullah killed during a battle with Afghan Security Forces. Sanaullah Rohani, the spokesperson for the local police, said that the Taliban insurgents on Monday night carried attacks against security posts in Raghistan district of Badakhshan province.   Afghan forces in a defence position repulsed the attack, inflicting heavy casualties to the militants, he added. Rescuers battle to save 270 whales stranded in Australia
