PESHAWAR : The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday reproached the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) food minister and secretary over skyrocketing prices of wheat flour in the province. Justice Qasier Rasheed directed the food department to submit a detailed report in this regard.
