Sindh governor Mohammad Zubair tenders resignation

KARACHI, (DNA) – Sindh Governor Mohammad Zubair has on Saturday tendered resignation following landslide victory of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in General Elections 2018. Four victorious independents join PTI to pave way for Punjab govt

Chinese language tweet shows PTI’s eagerness to work with Beijing

MQM Haqiqi Chairperson Afaq Ahmed resigns

KARACHI, (DNA)  – After losing the election, MQM– Haqiqi Chairperson Afaq Ahmed has said he will be resigning as party head. Despite party workers’ protests, he said he is not one to change his mind. Ahmed contested the election from NA-240 Karachi and lost to MQM-Pakistan’s Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, who got 61,165 votes. Ahmed got 14,376 votes.
