Pakistan summons Afghan diplomat, condemns the killing of its diplomatic staff in Jalalabad
ISLAMABAD, NOV 06 (DNA) – Pakistan on Monday severely condemned the killing of its diplomatic staff in Afghanistan’s Jalalabad province and demanded increased security for its diplomats. Foreign Office spokesman Dr Mohammad Faisal tweeted that Afghan charge d’affaires was summoned by the foreign secretary to protest the gruesome murder of Pakistani diplomatic official in Jalalabad and Pakistan has demanded increased security for its diplomatic staff stationed in the neighbouring country.
Pakistani diplomat assassinated in Afghanistan
KABUL, NOV 06 (DNA) Unidentified attackers gunned down a Pakistani diplomat serving with the country’s mission in Afghanistan on Monday, according to Foreign Office. Rana Nayyar Iqbal, an assistant private secretary, was shot dead by the assailants near Pakistan’s diplomatic mission near Jalalabad.
Sindh Assembly approves resolution against Imran Khan
KARACHI, NOV 06 (DNA) – Sindh Assembly has adopted a resolution against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Monday after he demanded premature dissolution of assemblies a day before. Khan has been addressing rallies in cities of Sindh and other provinces to organise party for General Elections 2018.
