Turkey, Azerbaijan to sign deal on preferential trade

BAKU, SEPT 27 (DNA) – Turkey and Azerbaijan will sign an agreement on preferential trade, the Turkish media quoted the country’s Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekci as saying Sept. 27.
