DEC 24, (DNA) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Saturday cancelled the membership of dozens of party workers for violating party policies, said a statement released by the party. Party workers from four districts, Mianwali, Attock, Narowal and Faisalabad were dismissed and show cause notices issued to them. KARACHI, DEC 24, (DNA) – Chikungunya virus has continued to affect Karachiites as another 100 people have been diagnosed with the disease in the past 24 hours. Doctors said that although suspected Chikungunya fever patients are coming in on daily basis but the number has decreased markedly. PIA flight from Tokyo delayed by over 24 hours

TOKYO, DEC 24, (DNA) – Pakistan International Airline (PIA) flight PK-853 on Saturday was delayed by over 24 hours. The flight was scheduled to take off at 2 pm for Karachi but it was delayed due to technical problems, airport sources said. The flight was supposed to bring 210 passengers to Islamabad and Karachi, airport sources said. Earlier this week, a PIA flight from Faisalabad to Jeedah left behind luggage of all 130 passengers behind.
