NEW DELHI, 29 JAN (DNA) – An agreement between Pakistan and India regarding Rail Communication has been extended by mutual consent through diplomatic channels for the period of three years. QUETTA: At least three security personnel, a civilian and a minor were injured in a suicide blast at the entrance of a military cantonment compound in Balochistan’s Zhob district on Friday, officials said.
