HRW urges UN to add Israel to “List of Shame”

NEW YORK: Human Rights Watch on Thursday urged United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon to add Israel to annual “List of Shame” of children’s rights violators, after more than 500 children were killed in the war in Gaza last year. More than 90 people killed in Ghana petrol station fire

ACCRA: More than  90 people were killed in a fire at a petrol station in Ghana’s capital, Accra, as they sought shelter from heavy rains that caused widespread flooding, emergency services said on Thursday.
