Young entrepreneurs earning billions of rupees through E-Rozgar: Umar Saif
LAHORE, (DNA) – Chairman Punjab Information Technology Board Dr Umar Saif has said that E-Rozgar scheme has helped thousands of young entrepreneurs, who earned billions of rupees through online projects.
He stated this while addressing the launching ceremony of E-Rozgar Centre at Punjab University in Lahore.
Vice Chancellor of the University Proffesor Niaz Ahmad, Director General PITB E-Governance Sajid Latif, faculty members and a large number of students were present on this occasion.
Addressing the ceremony, Dr Umar Saif said that we have a lot of potential to bring Pakistan among the comity of developed nations.
He said the Punjab government also launched Plan-9 initiative and now around 160 companies worth 7 billion rupees have been established under the project.
