Will PM Khaqan set up parliamentary committee against Hamza, asks Imran
ISLAMABAD, AUG 06 (DNA) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that the first test for new Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has come, and it would be worth watching that will he set up a parliamentary committee against Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Member National Assembly (MNA) and son of Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz, or will he remain a ‘darbari’ of the Sharifs and ignore serious allegations levelled by Ayesha Ahad including torture by Punjab police and deception by Hamza?
PTI chief expressed his views on Twitter and said Ayesha Ahad contacted him saying she fears for her and her daughter’s lives. It is incumbent on PM and police to provide her security against Sharif mafia, he said.
Imran further stated that women rights activists should stand by Ayesha Ahad’s quest for justice denied to her for seven years against physical and mental abuse by Hamza Shahbaz.
