Will neither dissolve assemblies nor resign: PM Nawaz
ISLAMABAD, JUL 12 (DNA) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has said that the federal ministers would neither dissolve the assemblies nor resign however, we will challenge the final Panamagate report submitted by Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in Supreme Court (SC).
The premier presided over a meeting at the PM House on Tuesday to discuss course-of-action of the ruling party following submission of JIT report.
During the meeting, it was decided to take coalition parties into confidence over Panama case report after which proper strategy would be design for legal war at every platform.
PM alos ordered to constitute a legal team under the supervision of advocate Khawaja Harris whereas the already formed legal team that includes Barrister Zafarullah Khan and Anousha Rehman will assist Khawaja Harris and will prepare a document after thoroughly analyzing the JIT report.
The attendees also discussed strong reaction from the opposition parties especially Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) who only demanded PM’s resignation.
