Wendy Gilmour thanks PIA for helping stranded Canadians to reach home
ISLAMABAD, APR 15 (DNA) – High Commissioner of Canada, Wendy Gilmour has thanked officials of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) and staff members of Islamabad International Airport for arranging special flights for smooth departure of 304 Canadian nationals who were stranded in Pakistan because of suspension of international flights during lockdown in the country.
Wendy Gilmour, High Commissioner of Canada expressed these views on her official twitter account.
She also praised Canadian staff for their efforts for working 0300 hrs to ensure all Canadian nationals went back smoothly.=DNA
