US diplomat’s jeep injures two motorcyclists in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD, APR 30 (DNA) – US diplomat s jeep hit a motorcycle near Islamabad Secretariat on Sunday, injuring two people identified as Nazakat and Waseem. The injured were shifted to PIMS Hospital.
According to details, Nazakat and Waseem received injuries when the motorcycle they were riding on was hit by a jeep driven by Chad Rex Ausburn, second secretary at the Embassy of the United States of America in Islamabad.
Police have arrested Chad Rex Ausburn from the spot. Sources said that Islamabad Police have contacted Ministry of Foreign Affairs a written confirmation in regard to the identification of the US diplomat and added that the US diplomat would not be released without a written confirmation.
